How to setup a Custom App

1. Create app (Partner Dashboard Link)
2. Enter a name for the app and click "Create"
3. Set App URL to ... and Redirect URL(s) to .... Also ensure any necessary scopes are configured here.
4. Click "Release" and click "Release" again when prompted
5. Go to "App Home"
6. Click on "Select distribution method"
7. Select "Custom distribution" and confirm
8. Enter the store domain, click "Generate link" and confirm if prompted
9. Copy and open the generated link to install the app. You will see this window inside Shopify Admin.
10. Go back to the dev dashboard and enter the credentials as well as the scopes and click "Generate Token"
